Maharashtra Post Office Postman & Others Selection Procedure 2020
The candidates have to go through Written test, Local language test & Data entry skill test.

Exam Pattern 2020
Part-I – Written test
There will be written test of 100 marks (100 questions). It will consists of General awareness/ knowledge, Basic arithmetic & Reasoning and analytical ability.
- There will be competitive online computer based test.
- The duration of test will be 90 minutes.
- Minimum qualifying marks for SC/ ST 33%, OBC 37%, UR 40%, EWS 37% & PWD 33%.
- The question will be related to English, Hindi and respective language.
Part-II – Local language test
There will be local language test of 60 marks. It will be divided in to 4 parts each part will carry 15 marks.
- There will be multiple type of questions and subjective type of test.
- The duration of test will be 45 minutes.
- The language of question paper will be English and Hindi and respective language.
- Minimum qualifying marks for SC/ ST 33%, OBC 37%, UR 40%, EWS 37% & PWD 33%.
Part-III – Data entry skill test
There will be data entry skill test of 40 marks. It will consists of data entry of 2000 key depressions ( + 5%).
- There will be online computer based test.
- The duration of test will be 20 minutes.
- Minimum qualifying marks for SC/ ST 65%, OBC 70%, UR 75%, EWS 70% & PWD 65%.
Admit card for examination for
paper-I, paper-II & paper-III
- Admit Cards will be issued separately for the two examinations Postman/Mail Guard & Multi Tasking Staff.
- After shortlisting, fresh Admit Cards will be issued for Paper II & Paper III only to shortlisted candidates separately for the post of Postman/ Mail Guard &
Multi Tasking Staff. - Admit Cards will be issued online and will be uploaded on the online registration portal before 7 days of the scheduled examination’.

- Aadhaar Card/ Printout of E-Aadhaar.
- Voter’s ID Card.
- Driving License.
- PAN Card.
- Passport.
- ID Card issued by University/ College/ School.
- Employer ID Card (Govt./ PSU).
- Ex-serviceman Discharge Book issued by Ministry of Defense.
- Any other photo bearing valid ID card issued by the Central/ State Government.
